“Sulfadoxine/Pyrimethamine (Fansidar) is used for treating malaria. Each tablet contains 500 mg of Sulfadoxine and 25 mg of Pyrimethamine. Usage: The typical dose for adults is 3 tablets as a single dose. Not recommended for children without medical supervision. Ingredients: Sulfadoxine, Pyrimethamine, Excipients. Side Effects: Nausea, rash, and headache.”
